  1. Agreement to Terms: By accessing this website and purchasing our jewelry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

  2. Product Accuracy: We strive to display jewelry colors and details as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will perfectly match the physical product.

  3. Pricing & Payments: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.

  4. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, inaccuracies in product info, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  5. Shipping Policy: Delivery timelines are estimates. JewellFad is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  6. Return & Exchange: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging and unworn condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

  7. Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, and images on this site are the exclusive property of JewellFad. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

  8. User Conduct: You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, including uploading viruses or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our database.
